Why We Built This Site
Kansas gives the public access to many court and county records, but different rules apply depending on the record. The Clerk of the District Court handles Linn County District Court case files, including civil, criminal, domestic, probate, small claims, and district-level traffic matters at 308 Main Street, Suite 105 in Mound City. The Linn County Clerk handles county-government records and KORA requests at 315 Main Street, Box 350. The Sheriff manages the jail roster and public sheriff records, while municipal courts handle city ordinance and many city traffic cases.
